How to Get Rid From Dandruff?



1. Soak 2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in water overnight. In themorning grind into a fine paste. Apply all over scalp and leave for ½ an hour. Wash with Shikakai or mild shampoo.
2. Boil a handful of neem leaves in 4 teacups of water. After cooling and filtering use for rinsing hair Dehydration due to diarrhoea Soak half a nutmeg (jaiphal) in 2 cups water for over 2-3 hours. Take 1 teaspoon of this infusion and mix in 1 cup fresh coconut water.
3. Drink twice or thrice a day.

  • Perhaps the most popular natural dandruff cure is using fresh coconut milk. Fresh coconut milk has properties that help nourish the scalp and enriches the hair to make it appear silky and glowing. Regular use of coconut milk will lead to the elimination of dandruff.
  • Another popular dandruff home remedy is mixing curd and few drops of lime juice and gooseberry juice. The mixture is left on the hair overnight. Because it is messy, it is advised for one to cover the head with a shower cap and other means to avoid messing up one’s bed. The mixture is washed off the hair during the morning shower.
  • Lime juice is also a wide choice when it comes to dandruff cure. It is often used during the last rinsing or when washing the hair. Aside from eliminating dandruff, lime juice also makes the hair glow and prevent stickiness.
  • Green gram powder is another of the most effective dandruff home remedy. When treating dandruff using this substance, two tablespoons of the powder is mixed with half a cup of curd. The mixture is then used to wash the hair at least twice a week.
